Our system scans 22+ trusted health sources every day: peer-reviewed journals, regulatory agencies, and publications like BMJ, The Lancet, FDA alerts, and Reuters Health.
We only publish findings traceable to a named, published source.
Each item is reviewed before publishing. We assess: Is this peer-reviewed? Is the finding reproducible? Is the media coverage accurate to the study?
We rate each finding Low, Medium, or High based on study size, effect strength, and any regulatory action taken.
