CPSC recall of about 25,762 PILLANI U-shaped nursing pillows (model NP4351, batch numbers 202604, 202605 or 202606) sold on Amazon from April to September 2026. The pillows violate mandatory standards and can obstruct an infant's breathing. No incidents reported. Consumers should stop using them and contact PILLANI for a full refund.
