Frutas y Hortalizas del Sur S.A., of San Carlos, Chile, expanded its recalls of frozen organic berry products because of potential contamination with E. coli O145. The expansion adds more lots of Great Value products and one lot of a Trader Joe's product. The notice was published by USDA FSIS on October 2, 2026.
